Peregrine Capital advises Lukoshko food retail chain on sale to Lubavushka Retail Group LLC

Peregrine Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Lukoshko food retail chain on sale to Lubavushka Retail Group LLC. Lukoshko is a St-Petersburg based food retailer, operating 9 stores in the convenience format.

Lubavushka Retail Group LLC is also a St-Petersburg based multi format retailer. In the beginning of February, 2017 the Group operated some 200 + stores in the North Western part of Russia, in 2016 net sales were close to 17 billion Rubles.
