Peregrine Capital acted as exclusive financial adviser to the shareholders of «Plywood Plant Vlast Truda» ZAO on 100% sale to a group of private investors.

«Vlast Truda Plywood Plant» ZAO (Plywood Plant «Power of Labor») is one of the country’s oldest and the region’s (Penza Oblast) largest companies. After being a specialist manufacturer of general and special purpose plywood for almost 80 years, the Company has become a leader of the Russian market for plywood solutions for passenger transport engineering, construction and furniture applications. Net sales in 2016 totaled nearly 900 Million Rubles.

Transaction value is not disclosed.
