Closing a deal

Peregrine Capital has acted as exclusive financial adviser to the shareholders of JSC «MIO «NADEZHDA» on sale of 100% of the shares to «Insurance Medical Company «RESO-Med» LLC.

JSC «MIO «NADEZHDA» is the market leader in Obligatory Medical Insurance (OMS) system in Krasnoyarskij Krai and Republic of Khakasija. The Company has issued insurance policies to some 1,54 million residents in both regions.

The Company has been operating in the OMS system for more then 24 years.

«Insurance Medical Company «RESO-Med» LLC is operating in the market since 1992. It is currently one of the leading medical insurance companies in Russia. The Company is part pf the RESO Group, one of the leaders of the insurance market in Russia.
